FAQ

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment through our carrier's website. Tracking information is usually available within 24 hours of shipment.

Please track this and ensure you have the correct address written. If orders are returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed collection, only the cost of goods will be refunded.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, changes to the order may not be possible.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped.

Can you still make the festival outfits you had on the website before the rebrand?

We may be able to still make these for you. Please email us at info@luanathelabel.com with a photo of the outfit, along with sizing, and we can get back to you on if it is possible.

The turnaround time for any made to order items may vary.

Shipping questions

What are the shipping options available?

All orders are shipped within one working day of purchase - orders are not shipped out over the weekend. Luana the Label is not responsible for any delays in shipping times.

For UK delivery, we offer 24 hour tracked and 48 hour tracked. For international delivery, we offer standard shipping via Royal Mail (1-2 weeks) and DHL express (2-4 days).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected method and destination.

Will I need to pay custom fees?

If you are purchasing from a country outside of the United Kingdom, you may be subject to customs charges. We are not liable for these and you will have to pay the customs fee. If items are returned due to unpaid custom charges, this charge will be taken from your refund amount.

How long will preorders take to arrive?

As these are made by us, please allow up to 8 working days for us to make and ship your order.

If you need it sooner, please contact us to see if it can be arranged.

Returns questions

What is your return policy?

We’re happy to offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original, saleable condition. Please ensure items are free from stains or marks.

For hygiene reasons, all swing tags must remain intact, and hygiene labels should still be attached. We kindly ask that swimwear be tried on over underwear; unfortunately, we may need to refuse a refund if this guideline is not followed.

Each return is carefully inspected by our team. If the items do not meet the return criteria, we may be unable to process a refund and the items will be returned to you at your expense.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We can only cover return postage if the items are faulty.

All sale items are final and cannot be returned. Full-price items purchased with a discount of more than 20% are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

How do I initiate a return?

What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide your order number and a description of the issue, along with any relevant photos. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or a refund.

Do you offer returns on customised items?

Any customised items (including all customisations on preorder items) are non-returnable.
