This features a red polka dot shine Lycra waistband and top layer, a black lace bottom layer and black bottoms under that are attached to the skort. There is a black lace bow attached to the back of the skort. 

The skort (including the waistband) is 31cm long. This can be made longer or shorter, please just write your custom measurements in the notes
