Shipping & Return Policy
We offer domestic and international shipping.
The current turnaround time is written at the top of the page and is updated constantly. This time period is counted from the next working day after your order. If you need it sooner, please email us at email@example.com and we will let you know if this is possible.
Please note, if you are purchasing from a country outside of the United Kingdom, you may be subject to customs charges. We are not liable for these and you will have to pay the customs fee.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to our made to order nature, we do not currently process returns or exchanges for different pieces.
If your item does not fit you as you wish, you may exchange it for a different size if we still have the same fabric. We cannot exchange bikini bottoms due to hygiene reasons. No exchanges can be offered for international orders at this present time.
For exchanges, you must contact us via email within 5 days of it being received. Items must be returned within 10 working days of you receiving it. Please contact me with your order number and proof of shipping once returned. Shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

Returns are accepted for accessories that are not made to order (such as sunglasses, fans, ear muffs, etc.). These must be returned within 14 days of receiving you order. Please email us at email@example.com to begin processing your return.
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them due to them being made to order. We have to order fabric to make your order and cannot be refunded once the fabric order has been placed. Please contact us via email to cancel your order.
